Plan Your Event at Ligonier Camp

Below is a list of information and details to be aware of as you plan your event at LCCC. If you have any specific questions regarding your event, contact Guest Services Coordinator Michelle Jinks - mjinks@ligoniercamp.org

Getting Started

Get the conversation started by submitting our Guest Services Inquiry Form. A member of our Guest Services team will reach out to discuss availability and pricing specific to your event’s needs.

Event Contract

Your event contract will provide a breakdown of LCCC policies and will confirm the rates for your event. Guest counts for lodging, meals, and programming can be adjusted up to two weeks prior to your event.

You will need to submit the following items to LCCC within two weeks of receiving your event contract:

  • Copy of signed contract

  • Deposit (20% of contracted balance)

  • Certificate of Insurance - names Ligonier Camp and Conference Center as additionally insured. Please contact your insurance company to request a Certificate of Insurance and provide them with our name and address: 188 Macartney Lane Ligonier, PA 15658

Locking In Event Details

We will need to finalize all of your event details two weeks prior to your arrival date.
Please be prepared to provide the following information at this time:

  • Final counts for lodging, meals, and LCCC-facilitated activities (if applicable)

  • Event Schedule

  • List of guests with dietary allergies/restrictions (include name, email address and description of restriction)

  • Room assignment list (any rooms not being used by your group will be locked during your stay)

  • Setup requests meeting spaces (i.e. chairs stacked/setup, tables, podium, etc.)

During Your Event

A staff member will be available to assist you as needed for the duration of your stay at Ligonier Camp and Conference Center.
Whether you forgot to pack something or you have questions about the facilities, we are here to support you during your event.

ARRIVAL

  • Once your entire group arrives, an LCCC staff member will go through a mandatory orientation reviewing LCCC rules and policies.

  • Please be prepared to turn in Release of Liability forms for each participant during your scheduled orientation.

DINING SERVICES
Guests will be provided with plated meals during their stay. The total number of meals prepared is determined by the final count submitted two weeks prior to your event.

  • Typical meal times are as follows: Breakfast - 8:30 am, Lunch - 12:30 pm, Dinner - 5:30 pm.

  • The serving line will be open for 30 minutes from the start of your scheduled meal time.

FOOD ALLERGIES/RESTRICTIONS
We are able to make accommodations for guests with dietary allergies or restrictions due to medical conditions.

  • These guests will be introduced to our kitchen staff who will provide them with
    prepared plates at each meal catered to their dietary needs.

After Your Event

You will receive the final invoice a week after your event. Final payment is due within two weeks of receipt and can be made via check or credit card. Please note there is a 3% service fee for credit card payments.
