Below are some of our frequently asked questions for guest groups and retreats. Please feel free to contact us if your questions go unanswered!

What type of events do you accommodate?

What time is check in/out?

For weekend groups, check-in is 6:00 pm on Friday and check-out is 11:00 am on Sunday.
Should you need to adjust these times to fit the needs of your event, please discuss this with the LCCC staff member you are coordinating with.

Does LCCC provide linens?

We have a limited supply of linen sets available to rent for interested guests. We have a maximum of 40 linen sets available for a rental fee of $10 per set. A linen set includes the following items:

  • 1 fitted & top sheet

  • 1 blanket & pillow

  • 1 towel and washcloth

What happens if someone gets sick/hurt?

LCCC does not provide medical supervision for Guest Groups. Such needs are the responsibility of the group. Should an emergency occur, groups are responsible for contacting 911 and should then immediately contact LCCC staff to assist with directing emergency responders.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?

Groups can cancel up to 120 days prior to their event. Cancellation of an event within 120 calendar days will result in payment of 80% of the contracted minimum fees.

How much does it cost to book an event at LCCC?

We understand that every event is unique which is why we offer customizable packaging options to fit the needs of your group. Below are some key factors in determining the costs. Reach out to request a quote for your event.

Can I bring outside food/drink to my event?

Yes! The majority of our lodging facilities have a refrigerator and space to store outside food and drinks.
Please note we are a nut-free and alcohol-free facility.

Can we decorate for our event?

Yes! We ask that groups do not use tape or adhesives on any of the floors or walls in our facilities. Groups are permitted to use tape on any glass windows or wooden doors. Groups are expected to take back/throw away all decorations that were brought in for the event. Please make LCCC staff aware of any plans you have for decorating our facilities.
