Intern Coordinator
Michele Robinson
Program Specialist
Michele was born just outside of Philadelphia, but grew up in the town of Sterling in northern Virginia. She's a 2011 graduate of James Madison University, with a degree in Sports and Recreation Management. Michele's relationship with LCCC began through her church, Riverside Presbyterian as she attended various mission trips and On The Edge camp at Ligonier. In the January of 2010, she went on a backpacking trip in Georgia with several LCCC staff, and ended up working as a member of the Adventure Staff the following summer. Michele started as an intern in January of 2011, worked as the Assistant Director of Adventure Education for the summers of 2011 and 2012.
In the fall of 2012, Michele became the Intern Coordinator, where she works hard to disciple and lead the expanding intern program. Most recently in 2022 she became our Program Specialist, adding onto the intern responsibilities, she works to improve and run seamlessly all the programming for groups and campers year round.
She loves the way that the Lord uses experiences at Ligonier to change lives - from the staff, to the campers, to the outside groups, and is using that passion to impact the lives of many. Michele enjoys biking, baking, completing puzzles, and doing pretty much anything outside – unless it's snowing!
